Purchasing this lesson means you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions are -

Lesson credit is forfeited if the lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the booked lesson.

Lessons are booked as a rolling time slot at the same time and date each week. To cancel this rolling slot we need written notice of cancellation and for the notice period to be at least two weeks notice.

 Each lesson has a guaranteed duration of 28 minutes at a minimum. This allows ample time for studio set-up and pack-up and change of Students. 

Lessons will run alongside the NSW State School Calendar unless otherwise advised.

Lessons will not run on Public Holidays. If in doubt, please ask.

If you are unable to attend a lesson, please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice. Notice can be given by canceling via the My Music Staff Portal or via SMS or phone call. In the event that a minimum of 24 hours notice HAS NOT been given, the standard lesson fee will apply. You can call or sms on 0432 998 592 PLEASE NOTE, THIS CONDITION IS ENFORCED STRICTLY TO MANAGE ALL LESSONS FAIRLY. 

In the event that the teacher is absent, a substitute teacher will be provided if possible and/or an alternative lesson date and time will be arranged that suits all parties.Lessons

All instrument tuition and ensemble classes are to be paid prior to the commencement of the lesson or class.

Discounts are available for multiple lesson payments ie 10pack lesson is cheaper than 5pack etc.

Free trial lessons may be taken advantage of only once per student.

If a difficulty arises with a scheduled payment, please discuss with the Academy Coordinator ASAP

We do not give refunds if you decide to change your mind about committing to lessons. However, In extreme circumstances - we are happy to discuss this with you. We can transfer your lessons to another instrument or teacher or hold on to the lesson credits for you until you can use them again.
